Easy Raita (Yoghurt side / Dip)
Servings:   2-4      Prep Time: 5 minutes    Total Time: 10 minutes



Raita is a mixture of yogurt, vegetables, and often fresh herbs.

Ingredients
½ cucumber, peeled and diced
1 medium-sized tomato, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced  
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
5 to 10 mint leaves, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions
1.    Prepare all vegetables and place into a medium-sized bowl. Stir in yogurt and mint until evenly combined

2.    Season with a little salt and pepper (to taste)

3.    Serve with your main course, or as a tip with nacho’s!
